Yes you can. SUBURBAN SHIPPING hires only qualified and experienced movers to join our team and all of them must first earn a reputation with our company before they can move a high-value vehicle.
When you place your shipping request, we will at that time discuss how long it will take the vehicle to arrive and your arrival expectations. When it is time to pick up or drop off your vehicle, you will receive a phone call directly from the driver. Usually within 12-14 hours.
Yes; however, it is recommended that you or someone you know is available when the vehicle is picked up/dropped off, since this is when the initial and final inspections will be done. SUBURBAN SHIPPING has a Vehicle Condition Report form that you can download and complete with a copy left on the dash for pick-up only. In the event there are discretions the movers will contact the office who will then contact you for discussion about the issue(s). In the event the vehicle arrives to the destination before you arrive then SUBURBAN SHIPPING can help arrange for storage. In these situations, our movers leave your vehicle at a local secure storage facility until you are able to retrieve it.
We offer both open and enclosed auto transport services. Open transport allows us to offer you a cost-effective and safe shipping solution. Enclosed transport allows us to transport any vehicle safely from hazards.
SUBURBAN SHIPPING has nationwide Door-to-Door Service for our customers. Suburban auto transport truck driver will pick the vehicle up and drop it off as close to your home as we can legally and safely get. Transport trucks are enormous and need lots of room to maneuver and turn around, access to your home may be restricted and, the driver may ask that you meet the truck at a third party location nearby such as a grocery store. You will receive a call directly from the professional driver if these alternative arrangements are necessary.
We insure all of the vehicles that we ship so, in the unlikely event that something may occur, you will not be out any money; we will take care of it. All damages should be discovered at the delivery inspection. To determine what damages occurred during transit, the initial inspection report and final inspection report will be reviewed. Personal items left in the car WILL NOT be covered. ALL personal items should be removed from the vehicle.
Every delivery is different, usual timeframe’s are listed below:
Expedited service = 1-3 days
Coast to coast = 1 to 2 weeks
Midwest to coast or North to South = approximately 4-6 days
You will receive a phone call from the mover within 12-24 hours of pick up/delivery. Upon pick-up/arrival the initial/final inspection will be made. You need to sign these inspection reports and receive a copy from the mover.
SUBURBAN SHIPPING Auto Transport, we can transport several vehicles at once and accommodate multi-vehicle requests to multi-locations.
The price you pay will depend on what type of vehicle you are shipping, what shipping method you choose, (enclosed or open trailer), how many vehicles, and how far your vehicle needs to go.
